Are your sessions child-friendly?
Yes, 100% for children of all ages.

 

What happens if my baby is crying?

Our sessions are designed by Mums for Mums, kids will be kids and there will be times that you need to take a moment to attend to them, this is totally ok and all part of being a Mum on a Mission.

 

What will my child do while I'm training?

Great question & it depends on the age and personality of your child. The young babies usually stay in their prams & often the trainers will rock unsettled babies if they have their hand free, older babies often play on a picnic rug by our side & older kids either join in or play on the playground next to where we train.  

How soon after having my baby can I start training?
At least 6 weeks after a vaginal delivery & at least 8 weeks after a caesarean however this varies based on your recovery. Our trainers can guide you on this. 
 

Is this a lock in contract?

Part of our role is to hold you accountable to following through with the commitment you've made to yourself and your health and fitness. Our memberships are set up to assist you with this because more often than not right before we have a big breakthrough we have the most testing challenges. It's important for us to help you through these challenges so you don't quit on yourself. However with that said if you choose you may pay a fee to withdraw from your membership. 

What type of training do you do?

We take a wholistic approach to health and fitness therefore offer a diverse range of training style designed to compliment each other. Our classes are Bootcamp, Boxing, Metafit, MetaPWR, SAQ (Metafit speed, agility & quickness), ZUU, Yoga & Strength Sessions. We offer both outdoor & online training so that when there's a will there's a way.
